Bill's vision is to use technologies to create mass market, low cost and easy to use perosonalised healthcare and lifestyle monitoring systems to make people feel better. With this strong passion blueAid has been very instrumental in helping non-healthcare companies to consider a new space these include furniture manufacturers, pharmaceuticals, telecommunication and energy companies.
At Envisional Bill managed the development of artificial intelligence search algorithms for their Internet Banking Fraud application. His success at turning this company around has led to its trade sale.
Bill is perhaps best known for his work at Trigenix Limited, where he led the development of the cross-platform TrigPlayer, Scalable Server and PC-based User Interface developer tools. These were all successfully launched at 3GSM World Congress in Cannes in 2004. The successes of that effort lead to Qualcomm's purchase of Trigenix for $36m. Bill was instrumental, together with the rest of the management team, in managing an intensive due diligence process during the sale of the company.
His journey started with Nortel creating distributed large scale, high availability voice over ATM switches - after reaching senior management level he left to join Symbionics (acquired by Cadenece) where he started his vocation into wireless applications by looking after Bluetooth for Ericsson and implementing many concepts during 1999.
